Juravenator replica

Juravenator is probably the best-preserved predatory dinosaur in Europe. The complete skeleton with remains of the skin is the only evidence of this genus to date. The valuable fossil is on display at the Jura Museum in Eichstätt. However, in order to allow the information center of the Altmühltal Nature Park to refer directly to the museum, a hands-on replica has been produced. It does not have to display the finest details or be a deceptively real copy. After all, it tells the entire story of the dinosaur, what it may have looked like in life, how it was embedded as a dead body, uncovered by human hands and then - well, not allowed to be touched in the museum. Our version is more than just for the eye.
